Basic cleaning service is included with most rentals at no extra cost. The service is offered daily* from Monday to Saturday for all our vacation homes. If you are not sure if cleaning is included, please check your rental agreement.
Cleaning service for Charity rentals, Luxury Link auction winners and non-paying guests, is provided only upon request at an extra cost of 35 USD per day.
Maids will come in to clean bathrooms, make beds, remove trash, do the dishes and ensure floors are clean. It does not include laundry of personal belongings, but every third day it will include laundry of all towels and linens as required.
*Except on official Mexican Holidays, which are: January 1, February 5, March 21, May 1, September 16, November 20, and December 25. When the holiday falls on a Sunday it is normally observed on Monday
