DISCLAIMER AND CANCELLATION POLICY:A 48-hour notice prior to date is required to cancel any confirmed reservation made through our company; otherwise, a charge will be made in full. Most restaurants will not make a charge if you do not show up; yet, some others will make a minimum charge that can go up to 75 USD per patron. Changes to golf reservations must be made 72 hours before tee-time. Cabo’s Elite Getaways has no direct relationship with the vendors of the services advertised in this website and has no means of obtaining any refunds by reason of a cancellation not made timely or of lack of satisfaction with the services provided; furthermore, Cabo’s Elite Getaways personnel cannot participate on any dispute resolution with such vendors.
